In 1985, we relocated to 23701 Arlington Avenue in Torrance. In 1995, we moved to our current location at 23705 Crenshaw Boulevard, also in Torrance. I live in Orange County and had to find a bome for my daughter in San Diego where my she will be living and working next two years. She has two fury kids with one being handicap from birth (husky with 3-legs) and eventually became blind few years ago. Not knowing the region and finding a comfortable home for handicap dog and not far from her workplace was not easy to find. Steve understood all the facts and tried his best to find suitable home for my daughter, her husband, and two fury kids especially my daughter is residing at Cincinati, OH and moving to San Diego by end of June.

With time constraints and limitations of options of home's, we drove out to SD every weekend to find homes and finally we found suitable one. When my daughter visited Cali a couple a weeks ago, she thanked Steve for finding perfect home for her and her family.

Sophia helped us immensely during every stage of our house purchase. Being first time house buyers, we had little idea how things would proceed, and how to make the best value out of our investment. She patiently went along a few house hunting drives with us, and shared a lot of information about PV area to make us better realize the value of our buying. She helped us to bid and win a very solid offer, and recommended some great mortgage banker and home inspector, who are also professional guys and helped us a lot making sure process moving forward smoothly.
